Most of what I've learned has been learned from people like yourself. I believe that if the years of audits are released in an effort to move off the pinks, virtually any sort of income will justify substantially higher prices.
I wasn't aware that they had tried to acquire financing from other means, I had read that Fayiz didn't like taking on debt, so I thought issuing the shares were his first choice.
