As I understand it, DisplayTek is a wholly owned subsidiary Cetek's that shareholders will eventually get shares in. Others certainly know the details about DisplayTek far better then I do, but part of the value of CTKH currently is in DisplayTek.
As far as earning millions, I'm not certain that they aren't already earning millions. I believe they are also spending those millions on expansion both by acquisition of other companies, such as Valley Design, and by expanding their in house capacity.
CTKH has chosen not to finance any of their growth, the result is nearly 5 billion outstanding shares, but the company should be profitable.
