Well SMaturin, you definately dug further than I did... Yes it was easy to take 10 million and divide it by 150 million shares and conclude a PPS of 0.075. But it appears AcuMedSpa is nothing more than a small reseller of lotions and oinments. How is it ever going to actually pull an acquisition worth 10s of millions of dollars to support it's claims. But hey, this is pennyland. With a dollar and dream... Opps. Wrong lottery. Well I'm also out now... The charts breaking down and looks to be heading much lower as there will be no support here. Something so stinky can't possible produce anything as good as they are claiming. Ok, now I'm bashing now. Goodbye and good luck.
I am not saying this is a scam but if you have traded pinks long enough you should know it really doesnt matter that much anyway. They are all pretty much POS. If they get ready to let it run it will run. I see many companies I think are legit and many that are scams. For some reason the multitude seems to like the ones that are scam better, so I say just play em. I can dig up dirt on almost any penny stock out there. Thus the reason they are penny stocks and not big board stocks. IMO this one is less of a POS that many others out there and the fact the share structure is so low is definitly a plus. If the float gets locked up it will run regardless.
It's hard to call this company a share dilution machine when the A/S is 150 million. I see you like to post on another board where the A/S is 25 billion. That is a share dilution machine.
