I am not saying this is a
scam but if you have traded pinks long enough you should know it really doesnt matter that much anyway. They are all pretty much POS. If they get ready to let it run it will run. I see many companies I think are legit and many that are scams. For some reason the multitude seems to like the ones that are scam better, so I say just play em. I can dig up dirt on almost any penny stock out there. Thus the reason they are penny stocks and not big board stocks. IMO this one is less of a POS that many others out there and the fact the share structure is so low is definitly a plus. If the float gets locked up it will run regardless.
