Can you point me to the x87 industry consortium that showed an industry was committed to it and behind it 100%? Same thing for graphics? Where is the industry consortium behind the effort?
I don't think Wave is tied to any one TPM form. Should the TPM evolve from a stand alone chip to an integral portion of the Intel processor, it will still reguire higher level services such as KTM, and ACM in order to function. Those are the services Wave is interested in and these are probably beyond the level at which Intel would desire to operate. After all, Intel makes money making chips.
