Dunk, I certainly agree that a reverse split is the worst thing they could possibly do at this time, but not necessarily forever.

If over a period of time they were to get the price up to something over a dime, and if investors got behind a move to bring it over a dollar, something like a one for ten could be something investors might support.

Please don't get me wrong, I don't like Reverse Split, most I've seen have been disasters, however, under the right set of circumstances they can be effective. I would actually much prefer to see the number of shares reduced by the company buying back stock, but any number in the billions is an awfully high number until the company's doing business in the high tens to low hundreds of millions.

I believe the company can go on the OTC before going onto the AMEX, but of the major exchanges, the AMEX is the one they could qualify for at a price below a dollar.

To me the success of a R/S can only be achieved if shareholders honestly support it. I've only seen one that worked as well as intended, but I'm in the middle of one that may turn out well, but it involved far more than just a R/S.

We haven't discussed DisplayTek recently, but I would hope that some day we actually receive stock in DisplayTek. My guess is that we will see one share in DisplayTek for every 50 to 100 shares of CTKH. Should this come to pass, the day could come when the value of our DisplayTek holdings surpass the value of CTKH, and DisplayTek might go on a major exchange before CTKH does.

dunk7, I somewhat disagree with your assesment regarding stock splits. I don't believe most companies do it to get the pps up due to stockholder pressure. Rather they do it because they pump and dump. R/S, SELL, Pump SELL, Dump SELL and then repeat the process. It becomes a cash cow for shell companies. I haven't seen that behavior her yet. Here I think an R/S would happen so that Fayiz can reel in big gun investors, or make the company more attractive for some type of merger. We do NOT want R/S! That is for sure!
