6M x $275 = $1,650,000,000

Average Qualcomm royalty % for WCDMA =5%

1,650,000,000 x .05 = $82,500,000 from terminal units

thus, a MAJORITY of QCOM's WCDMA royalties came from terminals and NOT infrastructure. Approx 63% at minimum.
