Agreed...The only question is will the final outcome have any benfit for the Hemi shareholder or will the final outcome only benefit the only officer left at Hemi.
My opinion, shareholders get NADA as KAA continues to separate himself further and further thru the code of silence and what ever $$$ are pulled out as payment for Hemi assets and lease rights.
This process is already in play by KAA supported by the selling of the SEK leases, Ex-Hemi officers company trucks, departure from HO office, shut down of all phone lines, fax, cell phone and web site.
Yup IMO KAA is now in survival mode by slicing and dicing Hemi into parts to be sold. Much like a chop-shop; sell a car whole get X dollars, chop it up and sell in pieces as parts get 2-3X dollars for the same product.
