I never though internet chatter should influence any potential purchaser or partner. The chatter is no different on this board than it is on any pink sheet stock that fails to keep it's investors informed.

The toad could have accomplished closing a deal without informing shareholders on specifics, general updates would have satisfied shareholders as long as something was being accomplishes.

I think the big problem here is absolutely nothing was accomplished.

The final outcome is yet to be determined.
