Has to make you wonder what that attorney heard in the meeting that makes him feel there's enough money for them to have held out for??

Was it in the Sealed motion document Susman threw into the crowd that said ... "look what I found, boys"!!

Obviously, Susman was very pleased with himself yesterday!


Also, I love his tactic of always rattling Rosen when he walks into the Court room!! IMO .. That is worth the price of going to the hearing!

XOM, I still don't get how a security that has been settled in court for a 34 $ payment is trading at 25 $.
It's a 36 % sure return or am I getting something wrong??
