chaarles - it is time value of money; WAHUQ holders have the good fortune to know how much their shares will get, but do not yet know when they will be paid for it. Add sundry other factors like the "Q stigma", MM games, and that investors are accumulating preferred and common issues for its huge possible upside potential (WAHUQ upside is known and fixed).

PS: You kill me with that David Villa pic! lol, I am a Germany fan, but we truly had nothing for you last game. I will cheer for España in the final - to defeat those bald guys in orange :)

It's the uncertainty of what will ultimately happen and when.

You've given me an idea. I like the prospect of a 36% return for holding the shares for a few weeks. What if it pops by July 20? Or Aug. 31, etc. Hmmm. Maybe tomorrow I'll buy WAHUQs. I'll sleep on it.
