I previously bought IWEB around .08 and sold at .40

I am looking to get back in again, but I don't want to over pay.

The entire market is trending down and has been for a while. So we have a little over-sold bounce today, based on the action is Asia and Europe.

I see no problem that IWEB is following the markets. When the markets recover then IWEB will too.
