As I understand it, he has told people that he never was the paymaster for us, that Hodges asked him to look into it.. So somebody is lying...
I want to see if he responds to my second fax...
Supposedly he has seen an account, but not CMKX specific, a general account..
someone told me..Many companies to pay.. but no amount given...
So he knows nothing, but has seen a general account.. and what about the six weeks he
was in VA awaiting distribution... So somebody is full of ####..
I still believe my theory... there is a movement here to try not to pay ALL SHAREHOLDERS..
I have an uneasy feeling in my gut....I trust no one involved in this ....Hodges...Tyler...etc...

I don't think there are too many Lindell H Bonneys running around out there. There was one case posted on the internet that involved (I believe) Pinnacle Corp. Bonney was accused of very similar actions to what occurred here with cmkx. If you do a search on his name you'll find it.
You have to ask yourself why Al would have aligned himself with someone like Bonney. If he was using Bonney as his source that there is a trust fund we could be screwed on that front.
Also we are now supposed to believe that Osbourne, the Chancelor of the Britain's Exchequer, is the new "Paymaster"? Based on rumors passed by some of the plaintinffs (hello Sheila?). Seriously people - wake up and smell the coffee.
There's a reason Al doesn't PR this crap. He knows the rules of evidence. The real question is whether Al is working with people like Bonney to conceal funds or acquire funds for himself. His connection to World Reports is another red flag and raises questions about the involvement of Cottrell and some of the people in Paltalk who are connected to Cottrell. (Hello Big C)
I think Al could be a defendant soon along with some of these other clowns - aimho.

secure any evidence Hodges has through subpeona and testimony...
go into court with a shareholder list and demand release of funds..

has not and doesn't demand to see proof.. WHAT A JOKE!!!!
Why Hodges doesn't do this is beyond me.. Said it before..

I did talk with Granny today twice.. I am still waiting on the email..She said she sent it to the correct address. I called back and said I still didn't get it as of 6PM EST..
We double checked the address and that is where she sent it..I have to say, it is not unusual for a email to show up late for me with my provider.
If I don't get it later, maybe she can fax it..
Not to be a conspirator, but maybe someone is blocking it.. WHO KNOWS??
Soon as I get it, I will put it up... still waiting...
Ines, I guess maybe she asked for a copy or Bonney forwarded one.. I never really asked.
She said he did say on the email to acknowledge that I received it. So far nothing from either party..
