I do promotional products and some times people forget about this area when designing logos.

It starts with the letterhead, if it's 4 color process, it's a lot more expensive to reproduce.

If you want embroidered items, 4 color process does not translate very well to shirts, hats, bags, jackets etc......and your costs go up for these items if they are multi-colored imprints. A lot of ourt factories can't/won't even imprint 4 color process in small qty's.
