No doubt about that!!!

It has a lot of potential...

But charts-wise, there has not been a major change in the stock PPS and volume to motivate a change in the PPS trend.

And looking at the majority of OTCs, I am afraid that the when there is no clear buy signal, the PPS just goes lower, lower and lower with all the shorting.
