I say just wait it out Joe. Relax and let Fred play his game.
Reminds me of building inspectors. But that's another story.
I have sat back and watched this whole thing go on with Matt having Fred take over.
It's Matts ball field so I can understand that.
Yet at the same time common sense has gone straight out the window here imo.
Take Joemoney for instance.
He and I haven't seen very much eye to eye.
Yes, Joe has a lot of growing up to do still.
But at the same time by now Joe is QUITE aware of what is required of him when he goes out these cold steel doors!
To continue to play with him is just plain DUMB!
And I could add some other idea's to why someone would feel the need to do so but most people who understand human reactions know what I'm talking about why a person would continue this.
The bottom-line is this.
Keeping Joe in here any longer will not change him.
It is like drug addiction.
You can take a person to rehab as many times as you want.
But until that person has a TRUE desire to change there ways you are wasting your time and theirs.
Once they have learned the consequences of their actions they will then decide what is best for them.
Joe has been given the consequences many of times.
And many of times Joe has messed up.
But Joe is no fool and knows the rope is short and the drop is long this time.
To keep playing with him knowing he knows this.
And to know there is NOTHING he can do in here in order to prove he has changed.
To keep toying with him is only to satisfy ones own ego.
If they don't believe their ego is involved here they need to go back to counseling classes!
