Fred, for the tenth time. I have no idea how you want me to prove my sincerity to you. Matt, in the past, has had me write essays, and do other things like put me on probation. But you are not giving me any indication as to what you want me to do.

Would you like me to write an essay? Would you like to put me on probation and see how well I behave? Tell me what you want me to do. I cannot do much in this jail.
