I do and always have believed that this will happen and that they are not trying to pull off a scam and they are trying to build a real company. But one thing is for sure, Dean is anything but honest and trustworthy. Dean lies to everyone he talks to. I used to give him slack when he told me(and others) things like "by the time the pr's start coming out on Tuesday, Wednesday, we will be well on our way" Believing myself that he has been led to believe that things will happen by then. But when he does that over and over, at some point it becomes a lie because someone of his age and experience should know not to promise things he cannot personally deliver on. IMO
The deal is real, but Dean has got to go as CEO, get someone who actually knows how to properly communicate to shareholders of a public company. He was good at bringing all the parties to the table and brokering the deal, but that is where it ends
