The deal is real, but Dean has got to go as CEO, get someone who actually knows how to properly communicate to shareholders of a public company. He was good at bringing all the parties to the table and brokering the deal, but that is where it ends

Some good points--I believe DB himself may realize this and that's why folks are looking forward to the next phase when he steps into a different role and the CEO of acquisition 1 takes reigns of the conglomerate.

I believe DB self-described himself as a "deal junkie" - I think that is an honest assessment and he shows the skills of a deft Business Development Officer--I have not liked his performance, however, as a CEO--at all. My honest assessment. GLTA.
