Hey EZ Tradin. Ya better do some research as to why the sales #'s are in decline year over year (Divison sale, product line acquisition, and new improved business model). You also should note the upcoming debt reduction that appeared in the S-1 filing with 2 vendors from the old Iceweb Solutions Group.
You should also research the new management that is in place. Do a little homework on Lefthand Networks. Go visit the company. Do something other than taking 10 minutes to "do your DD". Then maybe people here view your posts as constructive.
