the company does not control it's own trading. only big board stocks can halt their own trading, pending news. and then only for hours, not days. pinks can not.
you seem to be a little bit confused about pinks and greys. there is no difference other than one is quoted and one is not. updating by pinksheets has absolutely nothing to do with why this didn't trade today. it's an automatic process. nothing needs to be done. some type of action had to occur in order for this not to trade. either by the sec, finra, or a court.
