It is trying to move....but not with much success

I agree something is going on....I expect it is more dillution based upon the drop in PPS...not really sure why it would go down as much as it did during a "quiet period" but openly acknowledge I dont know until a PR or filing.

As for anything else going on...will have to wait until the PR or the board decides to publish some guidance as some have hope they will.

All a best guess scenario, but none the less, it appears primed for a big move..

P.S. If I am the investor that just bought at .20 with warrants at .40 I know I would be calling the board asking some serious questions though...
