Are they saying at the 3mg dosage that .3mg where in the blood after the injection?

If eyet drug has a half life of 10 days at .3mg and squalamine has a half life of 4 hours at 40mg are we saying that in less then 2 days there is more of macugens drug in the blood stream then their would be squalamine?
