Macugen .3mg vs 3mg

I assumed her comments refered to the fact that .3mg is the contemplated recommended dosage level, whereas one of the trial arms was treated at 3mg. This is an assumption, however.

I have no expertise on this, but it seems to me that any inferences about squalamine blood level versus macugen blood level would be very difficult due to IV versus intravitreal administration, as well as differences in molecules.
Perhaps someone knowledgeable could venture an educated answer.
