I have bought and sold a lot of real estate over the years and the number one problem for not closing the transaction on time was due to the BS you go through to obtain financing. I am sure Dean is going through the same stuff and I am cool to wait it out!

No doubt he is trying to get loans, anyone can fill out an application and tell the world they anticipate it is going to get approved. That's what used car salesman do all day to desperate people. Pinks are no different imo
