My sister is an attorney for Fidelity.
She has looked at some things for me, and says forward looking or not he has to be able to prove that he tried to get these loans or he is liable. So she says he must be trying to get the loans or he would be hanging himself.
I think he is trying as hard as he can we just have to believe and let him finish his business. Thats why we got in this in the first place. IMO
