I don't know how Paul still interacts with Forterus..but he definitely has his own financial interest..think about his initial 2 million common shares when he invested in the company. and Wade's also..now he does hold some prefferreds (don't know how many), but his interest was in increasing the common shareprice over whatever preferred dividends he was entitled to..because he saw that as a true vehicle for growth for the company..So regardless, he still has an interest here, and besides he has a contract and the company better take care of him..and if so, we will be all the better for it! These guys put $9 million of their own money into Forterus..one cannot overlook that point in evaluating the situation here..everything I say, about their investment is in the original papers..

Hey Wally you are spot on..I never insinuated any different ..Paul Howarth is a very good, decent, and honest man. And his vision here would have been fulfilled, we were on the right path under him for growing this little gem. Never could I hope to find another company with a man of such integrity at the helm..I appreciate his efforts probably more than anyone here..I've been here since the beginning. I wish what happened to him didn't happen..but it did.
