Parsing the English words used in the news release looks to me like the resignation was tendered before the end of the 90 days to be effective June 21. BTW, you also are assuming that he began working at BEHL ON March 16. The news release you quote doesn't say that. Not bothering to look at other news releases, I recall something about April 2 as the date Goodall began working at BEHL. Perhaps you might wish to search for that news release. Hard to see anything fishy in the stuff you quote.

I don't know why the post seems to indicate something sinister is afoot. It says that at the beginning of almost every PR Monique has put out.

The reason it says that is she is pleased to be able to address BEHL stock holders, not that she is pleased Goodall left. Nothing fishy there at all. Its grammar and wording context which you ignored.

Goodall left, he's the one that tendered his resignation. It could have been for any reason at all, I don't know, you don't know, no one knows at this point for a fact.

Why is your post trying to create a mystery surrounding the departure? Why are you trying to introduce speculaton as fact?

It is not uncommon for company officers to resign. It is not uncommon for company officers to resign before the end of a probation period if there is a probation period.

Maybe Goodall chose to pursue fuels from algae right now instead of waiting the few years from now with BEHL? After all it seems that the focus of algae for BEHL has shifted more toawards the cosmetic and Omega 3 side of things right now.

Maybe Goodall had some sort of medical related reason?

Maybe Goodall just got tired of working and decided to retire?

Maybe Goodall got a better offer?

Maybe, maybe, maybe.....we just do not know, there could any of a thousand different reasons. However, the fact remains that it was Goodall who tendered his resignation, not Berry, not Fisher, not anyone else, it was Goodall and thats a fact, and thus it was his choice to do as evidenced by his self tendered resignation. Therefore, the only person in the world which can tell inquiring minds the reasons why Goodall left.... is Dr. Brian Goodall.

Those who would wonder over a normal everyday occurance in business and try to read some deep dark sinister purpose into it, those who pepetuate uncertainty, fear, and nonsense guessing and speculation over the matter, really need to get a grasp on reality. That reality is that Dr. Brian Goodall left of his own accord and he is the only one who can say for a fact as to why he made that decision.

There is no mystery or sinister thing here. The only fact known is that Goodall chose to resign, thats the only fact, and trying to post or pepetuate something sinister, wrong, or anything else, into or with that is simply fear mongering and deceptive or false information.

The only person in this whole world which can give or permit and answer as to why is Dr. Brian Goodall himself, and until that time, until Dr. Goodall, gives the reason himself or gives actual permission for the reason to be known through BioCentric, all other sources or reasons or implications, implied or otherwise, of sepeculation, guessing, and deception in posts, is false and should not be believed nor any weight attached to or for such posting.

So, in the end here, the only thing that smells fishy is your post, along with other posts of yours, which seem to portray a certain lack of understanding and knowldge of normal busiess activities and some sort of agenda.

eminem - there's nothing confusing about the PR. It stated that Goodall 'had' tendered his resignation effective as of June 21st and prior to the company's mandatory probationary period.

It didn't state that he resigned on June 21st which appears to be what you are implying. The resignation may have been effective as of June 21st, but the intent to resign was likely communicated by Goodall "prior to the company's mandatory probationary period" as stated in the recent PR. It is customary to give no less than two weeks notice to your employer prior to leaving.

Your focus on the date alone is leading you to inaccurately conclude that something is 'fishy'.

Dr. Goodall did not begin his position until April, the announcement of such was mid March. Thus his resignation actually was within the 90 day probationary period..
