Why was Monique Berry "pleased to announce" that Dr. Goodall had tendered his resignation effective as of June 21st "prior to the company's mandatory probationary review for all employees" - when Dr. Goodall joined the company on March 16th. His 90 days were completed on June 15th - 6 days prior to his resignation.
