Mordicai--Thanks for your posts--please excuse my nervousness about this issue---I don't trust this Democrat Congress at all---and I worry that in 2000 pages which probably no one in Congress has read there might be some I.E.D. waiting to ruin our day.

The LAW should be the LAW---I guess now more than ever we need heroic attorneys/judges to battle for the Constitution.

mordicai, It is my firm belief that there should be a high school course on the constitution and everyone would have to pass to graduate.

Mordicai, This gives ultimate power to US Treasury Sec.

Whom is not voted by the people into power.

Whom is only appointed by Pres. and Confirmed by Senate.

IMO: Constitution was drafted to protect the people against the government and abuse of power.

Again, Scary. Since the Treasury people are only coming from those foxes that are guarding the hen house. The Foxes are developing rules only to have more abusive power and powers to protect themselves from wrong doing.

And what else is scary..

Federal Judges.. Are appointed by that same person. The president and confirmed by the same people.. The senate..

Question: Is that an abuse of executive power?

Well, The counter counter offer senate regs to be voted on next week has not been issued yet.

Soon we all will have to review the new rules.
