Whom is not voted by the people into power.

Whom is only appointed by Pres. and Confirmed by Senate.

IMO: Constitution was drafted to protect the people against the government and abuse of power.

Again, Scary. Since the Treasury people are only coming from those foxes that are guarding the hen house. The Foxes are developing rules only to have more abusive power and powers to protect themselves from wrong doing.

And what else is scary..

Federal Judges.. Are appointed by that same person. The president and confirmed by the same people.. The senate..

Question: Is that an abuse of executive power?

Well, The counter counter offer senate regs to be voted on next week has not been issued yet.
