You've got to be kidding. Your entire argument was centered around Sanswire's inability to make it off the Pinks to the OTCBB, which many shareholders posted was the next step in the company's progress after getting financials current. You were clearly wrong, despite all the regulations you dug up (and misinterpreted).
And then, on August 8, 2009 (115 days later): Sanswire Corp. Moves to OTC Bulletin Board From Pink Sheets FORT LAUDERDALE, FL (Marketwire) Sanswire Corp. (OTCBB: SNSR), a company that develops and produces lighter-than-air Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) designed to provide persistent surveillance for extended durations at mid and high altitudes, has commenced trading of its common stock on the OTC Bulletin Board as of today, August 7, 2009.
Seems to me Sanswire has made it off the Pinks within the 120 day time frame you specified. Now, 10-1/2 months later you bring this lame reasoning to the board?
Let's review the definition of OTCBB and Pinks directly from the FAQ section on the OTCBB website.
4. What is the difference between OTC, other-OTC and OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB)? And where do the Pink Sheets fit in? An over-the-counter (OTC) security is generally considered to be any equity security that is not listed on NASDAQ, NYSE or Amex. The OTCBB and the Pink Sheets are both quotation services for OTC securities. NASDAQ operates the OTCBB service and permits FINRA members to quote any OTC security that is current in certain required regulatory filings (see Listing Requirements). The Pink Sheets is a privately owned company that permits FINRA members to quote any OTC security and does not maintain regulatory filing requirements. An OTC security can be dually quoted on both the OTCBB and the Pink Sheets. As well, there are many OTC securities that are not quoted on either the OTCBB or the Pink Sheets; however, they have trading symbols assigned to them so FINRA members can comply with trade reporting obligations and report transactions in these securities. These securities are sometimes said to be on the "gray market". http://www.otcbb.com/faqs/otcbb_faq.stm
Last time I checked, Sanswire was current in their filings, and have been since moving off the Pinks. Just admit you were wrong and move past it. You obviously thought you were wrong for the past 10-1/2 months since you stopped posting here. Now you bring this lame reasoning that because some Sanswire shares still trade on the Pinks, you weren't wrong?
I think the new COB and CEO/CFO appointments has you really mixed up... and you're asking yourself why men like these would sign on with a company like Sanswire. They must not have read your posts in their due diligence before joining the company. Perhaps you can get in touch and let them know what fools they are.
If you want to post here, then by all means post here. I don't care. It will be all that more enjoyable for shareholders to see you eat slice after slice of Crow Pie as this company moves forward.
