Technically, it is not missed as Dean said he would close it this week.

Has it been closed - I don't know.

Could it have been closed - sure.

Could they be PR'ing about it early next week - I hope so.

I am thinking you will see a PR about MS closing by early Monday morning. Weekends are not hinderances when deals of this magnitude are in the works. Photo ops in London next week!
