This is a very important distinction. Closing versus releasing a PR about the close. It very well could have closed this week, with a PR next week.

Good point - closed this week but not announced. I still think Mr. Bradley wants to have buyback complete before announcing big news: buyback 20-30% of O.S., announce huge news, share price runs to the sky, sell shares back to public, no need for $350 million loan.

Makes business sense to me, but what do I know.
