11:00am and unchanged with a volume < 150k in my opinion is great news on a Friday where the rest of the market is falling appart.
I think the longs are just sitting, watching, thinking and waiting for all the news to come togethrt.
IMHO I feel we will be on a large roll by mid Sept.
