That is indeed the bottom line. All we know right now is that the liquid part of the product is "near diesel"...

I suspect that in a court of law the term "near diesel" will prove to mean NOT diesel, and only that.

My guess is that your guesses are so off base, 31 minutes of research would lead to a more accurate conclusion on the value of the diesel fuel being produced.

Any guesses how long it will take to sell the current fuel already produced once they have the permit? 1 day? 3 days? A week? Perhaps 30 minutes?
