The latest Delaware info indicating the 1,800,000 AS cost me $20. As soon as I can figure out how to post a screen shot, I will do it if anyone wants to see the real thing.
For another $10 and a written request, I can get a copy of a 4/22/2010 stock amendment which probably shows the AS increase...but who knows how long that would take via snail mail?
Looks like Rich better start getting current info.
