All we do know as we are moving along and as far as I can tell the rest of the company is intact minus one Dr. Goodall who in my opinion is a fuel scientist and that's about it. Good at that as he may have been we need a CEO to get the investors!!

I doubt Goodall left on his on accord. After the 90 day probation period was up, he was probably in line for a HUGE PAYDAY. I doubt he would just walk away from free money after hanging in there for 87 days. Although he might be a great scientist, the prestigious Dr. G just wasn't a good fit as our CEO. At least Fisher recognized this reasonably quickly, and allowed BG to exit with a little bit of grace & dignity ("pleased to announce" PR comment notwithstanding)

Goodall was put on such a high pedestal by so many shareholders (including myself) without ever proving he has what it takes to run a company in the first place. The more I think about it, the happier I am that he is now gone since if offers us the opportunity to get a new CEO that actually has experience running a successful company.

I still think this can turn into a MAJOR positive if a heavyweight big-name experienced CEO comes on board. It shouldn't be too difficult to recruit someone of that caliber to take BEHL to the next level. We're already 95% of the way there, who wouldn't want to step in at the last minute and take a big chunk of the credit for getting BEHL off the ground?

Once that 1 acre PBR is up and running, the floodgates will open.

Did some DD on DF background and BG background (from the linkedin profile posted on iHub a while ago). Interesting to compare:

I suspect that BG was positive in the honeymoon period (the in touch thing) and then was exposed to Fish's dark underbelly and left Dodge as quick as he could. We will see. GLTA you got the CEO back that admitted publically that he repeatedly failed you in the past.

Palm Springs still wants BEHL in their community and are still upset that Dennis Fisher wants to do things the right way and not have to pay huge fines down the road for tapping water reserves that are not permissible.
Dr. Goodall though well respected and rightfully so is not the man to lead BEHL. Dennis Fisher made two thinge known last year.
1) He is not the man to be CEO and reconized and made notice that he would need to find someone that is capable. Dr. Goodall is not that person so that is no big deal. This is still a start up company.
2) We were going to build a commercial PBR in DVJ. That was proclaimed as fluff and now that it is in motion all the bashers can tout is that we turned down Palm Springs.

I don;t know what to think but am not going to trust anyone else's speculation as to why BG is out. Would love to have DF or Monique do a Conference Call and explain what is actually going on.

My gut tells me that DF was not willing to relinquish any power and BG was not given any room to move without Dennis' veto. And I doubt Dennis is going to hire a new CEO who will be allowed to over-ride his decisions. It never sat quite right that a company with so few employees has so many chiefs. at this point in their development. What are the different roles of a CEO, a president, and a Chairman of the Board when you only have maybe ten other boots to boss around and no working cash flow or product? The last thing BEHL needs is a bunch of heady egos and high salaries to pay.

I feel sad and disappointed and confused as I have been a loyal long for well over a year. And from the PR today, I am having flashbacks to a time when it seemed like BEHL was going to conquer the world. Why didn't China happen? No explanation. Why didn't Mongolia happen? no explanation. Fisher told me personally he was going to be doing something in Quebec- never happened!

None of the many deals that seemed so sure and complete ever happened and most were never mentioned again. Let's not get too worked up over Latin America.

Also DF said adamantly that he would never ask for federal or state grants or any government money- I forget why- but it seemed a little too macho for me. And all this constant moving of HQs... now we are on our way to Utah? When is enough, enough?

I have sold half my position and am holding out against all hope for just one real deal, but if nothing solid happens soon, say goodbye, expensive lesson learned! I hate to sound like a basher, I am not trying to affect PPS and this is merely my own rambling mind. Good luck to all.
