A Heavy weight CEO coming on board to a penny stock? Not very realistic.
Unless someone comes on board with money and takes control there will be no prospects of a heavy weight coming on board. One PBR working still isn't enough

Remember, the company is going commercial without a Cookie Cutter proven system. Who goes to production without prototypes..amateurs and unproven entrepreneurs. It's going to turn into a Ponzi scheme.
Using other peoples money (our included) to pay off the investors and repay to prevent lawsuits. No overseas company will invest in BEHL without tremendous strings attached. The south American outfit suggest a JV where are the matching funds coming from again some who will back BEHL's play with strings attached..it goes on and on!
