Brian Goddall was given the same promise that Dennis Fisher gave the Shareholders:

Namely, $5,000,000 was available to from Lender in two weeks
Four Investors with $2,000,000 each were available to invest in Farms immediately

Dr Goddall was to take the company from there. With no money and no investors to materialize what was he to do? There was this haphazard decision to go to DVJ a partial investment that turned into a Joint-venture and then the Plant PBR implosion ...

No doubt Dennis Fisher had one of his fits of temper and no self-righteous Englishman , nor for that fact, anyone with an ounce of integrity would stand for it and now with the squeeze on money..Dr Goddall.left. As embarrassing as it must have been, Dr. Goddall now knows how the people of this community felt in Palm Springs, California and the disappointment...not because they weren't selected for the farms , but for being lied to and promoted as Dennis Fisher did.

Dennis Fisher is not only a lying promoter but a poor leader. He will end up loosing his most trusted people. Dennis Fisher will grasp at any opportunity at the expense and burn what has been built or people they have made promises to..to just stay alive.
This is a ruthless entrepreneur! Having burnt Dr Goddall, this company will have lost all the credibility it has , if any, in the Algae community.

Think about it: If Dr Goddall was a fuel scientist..then why bring him on board and tell the world "He's" the one to take the company to the next level. This is a DF idea and no one else..They will continue to promote PR about anywhere in the world..yet they still can't get a PBR working at the plant..does anyone think this is really going to happen? This is just PR to keep the public happy until they can get some green growing somewhere..no one with this kind of money will invest in Fluff and PR and unproven science.

I'm not buying this stuff any more!

You have to ask yourself this question did not Dr Goodall give us his outlook on the company. He said Behl was in a position to do what only a handful of companies in the industry could do. He also said it would take time. We have a farm and products all this takes time. If some people here on the board are flippers and can not hold their shares in order to make a profit then that is their problem.

The personalities of the people working at Belh have little effect on the out come of the company.

What counts is we have a product and we have customers and individuals who want it. Can D.F. deliver it?
This is what matters and he has a JV with a Farm and a team who is working on that goal right now.
So I am willing to give him the time to get the job done.

Gofer and his group b g and all do not care about my investment after all they are admitted flippers. All they do is pick at D.F. personality. A lot of nice guys get taken advantaged of is this what we want for D.F. Is that all they worry about if he’s a nice guy? Who cares he has a business and he has a product that most everyone wants. He is going to make money why should I not want to too.
