First you text say pizza! to GO800 the company or pizza joint who owns this word will be linked by GO800 to the pizza number the company supplies! The phone will ring at the establishment when the pizza joint answers the phone you the consumer will be then called to your cell phone!

In a matter of about 8-10 seconds a person will be ON THE PHONE TALKING TO YOU!! Not texting to you!

Try texting "hello" to GO800(46800) and see what happens!

If you want say citi text it and try it out!!

You do not need to search any company or any phone number!

And most common people do not have droids etc!

Most have just cell phones!!

And texting plans are easy!

And yes many businesses with need to be done!!

But how many 800 and 888 and 877 numbers are there!

When an add on TV comes up and it repeats 4-8 times the 800 number do you remember it??

But say it was John'sFORD can you remember this??

Of coarse easy so all you do is text "John'sFORD" to GO800 and you get a person talking to you in about 8-10 seconds!!

This was like the 800 numbers! hard to market at first and now easy!!

But this you only have to remember the name of company or a word!!

College kids or me on vacation do not need to know what company I want! I need a taxi I do not care which taxi company it is!

So I text taxi and the cab service that owns this word responds to me in 8-10 seconds!!

Asking me where I need to be picked up!! Say outside a bar!

will say this, that sounds cool, but i don't have a 900 dollar phone, mine was 19.95 and i refill my minutes with a smart card.

BUT i the buyer text the business i want cuz i got my money for them and i am talking to them in eight seconds or less to their customer service. not on hold, no 800 to have to redial, no wait, i text we connect i order a taxi to take me home.

meanwhile you are pointing your droid at the heavens, and it says yep thats the big dipper. no pun, i seen it on a buddy's phone two weeks ago.

Another angle to consider is from the business owner. My fav example is the local Pizza shop. Owner adds "or text PIZZA to 46800" to all his ads (including the to-go menu) right under the phone number. Now any potential buyer reading this knows they can text PIZZA to 46800 and be connected to place their to-go order.
They don't have to use or even know the phone number.
Business owner just made it easier for perhaps a first time customer. That customer likes the pie, and now either puts number in speed dial or texts PIZZA next time, either way, new satisfied, future customer, thanks to go800. Doesn't matter if is a "smart" phone or not.
It may not be for the regular customer that already has the # in their contacts or for a customer that is searching for different options.
When a person sees the ad, they now have a quicker and easier way to place their Pizza to go.
