From reading the insider Form 4 it states that the trading was between .00605 and .00731 on June 1. No matter what the personal reason was for selling it still bodes badly for any stock when a senior executive sells 1/4 of his holdings. Doesn't look like this stock will be moving up in the near future. Just my take on this revelation. EDIT: After rereading the Form 4 it states that between the time of June 1 and June 16 the price was as I stated above. Perhaps he took two weeks to sell the 25.5 million shares so he wouldn't cause a total collapse of the stock. Then when he reported it the report had to be dated June 1 because of the legalities of when he commenced selling the shares. And the SEC says that he has roughly 75 million shares left. So Dew, when you spoke with him he possibly had only sold 5 million at that point in time.
