Or maybe it was a combination of Smith/Squiddy. I believe Al got emotionally caught up in this drama. He's taking all the risk while squid lays back and watches.
In typical fashion, Squid took a jab at his fellow plaintiffs for shooting their mouths off and plead the fact HE couldn't "control" them. He also expressed his hints of unhappiness toward Al. Whoops!
Hey, you know squid, he has to start building a wedge between himself and his other comrades in the event this ends up badly. He doesn't want to take the blame, so start pointing fingers at others now just incase. Now after a long silence he is back to posting his rants. All this conveniently comes AFTER the motion to dismiss. Classic squid!!!!
A future scenario could have squid profusely apologizing for all the nasty things he said about Tyler because of what "others" told him. He will be 100% behind Tyler and their biggest supporter (at least till he flip flops again).
Poor squid, years of "others" leading him astray.
