I could go on but no point. But since you're so quick to believe any and everything presented by the FEDs, just remember the Fed's complaint alleges that SPNG's business is a complete fraud, or completely phony with 99% of the business being phony. However, Alvarez & Marsal have just about blown that allegation out of the water by proving up some $7.7 million in sales. Furthermore, the sales reviewed by A&M were all domestic. No foreign sales appear to have been included in those "selected transactions" reviewed by A&M. If the feds are so terribly wrong in that key allegation, then what else have they managed to get wrong?

Hoggey, pinch me when you feel the pain as I am laughing too hard to pay atention.

SPNG business is 1.7 Million not $50 Million as presented pre-dicon.

Dicon is the ONLY manufacturer of SPNG product so what you see is what you get.

The 99% is based on SPNG's own reports about customers and those highlighted in public filings are all fake.

A&M audited Dicon. That is all that matters (domestic or foreign).

My suggestion, you go out next week and buy up all these undervalued shares you can. I am sure that others would greatly appreciate your generosity.

time to get over defending spng .. the insiders are as guilty as sin .. and they took spng down with them ..

this is a great time to witness what happens to scams like this one .. hopefully other people won't get sucked in again .. with other pump and dumps like the spng scam

That must be it a massive organization has a few bad apples and because of it they are wrong and the most obvious, blatant penny stock fraud is in the right. TOO FUNNY!!!!!

If you don't bother to learn something here history will just repeat again and again......

just in case you need a reminder.

In court the burden of proof is on the prosecution.

However,

In the stock market the burden of proof is on the company.

big differnce.

Hoggey,

Just trying to catch up on these posts and arrived at post #323269 and all I can say is, right on man. That was great! I too am a firm believer that the SEC is as corrupt as the day is long. The others most likely follow suit as it seems quite easy for people in power to abuse that power. Happens all the time.

BTW, I am not defending M&M by any means. I want them to go away as I see them as dirty as a babies behind at 2 in the morning. But, on the other side of the coin, I want Spng to survive. The feeling now is kinda like you're in a Texas Hold'em poker tournament, you're at the final table, there's a lot of money in the pot and you're down to the river. You're holding four spades with the Ace and anything other than a spade ends your tournament. Now.................how long am I gonna wait to see the dealer show that river card??

That's what this thing is all about boys and girls. Just a big 'ol poker game. Win some, lose some. Just waitin' on the river.
