I could go on but no point. But since you're so quick to believe any and everything presented by the FEDs, just remember the Fed's complaint alleges that SPNG's business is a complete fraud, or completely phony with 99% of the business being phony. However, Alvarez & Marsal have just about blown that allegation out of the water by proving up some $7.7 million in sales. Furthermore, the sales reviewed by A&M were all domestic. No foreign sales appear to have been included in those "selected transactions" reviewed by A&M. If the feds are so terribly wrong in that key allegation, then what else have they managed to get wrong?
Hoggey, pinch me when you feel the pain as I am laughing too hard to pay atention.
SPNG business is 1.7 Million not $50 Million as presented pre-dicon.
Dicon is the ONLY manufacturer of SPNG product so what you see is what you get.
The 99% is based on SPNG's own reports about customers and those highlighted in public filings are all fake.
A&M audited Dicon. That is all that matters (domestic or foreign).
My suggestion, you go out next week and buy up all these undervalued shares you can. I am sure that others would greatly appreciate your generosity.
