Lawsuits are filed and many never go to trial. They are filed to force discussions on settlement. how many of the cases have requested an RJI?
As for the standing of SPNG, do you really believe these were not invoices associated with advertising that did in fact take place? How many different companies have to sue them before you realize that these are unpaid invoices on services rendered?
