What don't you like about my assertions? I am sure that the average worker is making $50K and the cost of health insurance, benefits, and taxes payments on employees, and unemployment for employees are another $50K. If you disagree, give me some better numbers but my bet is, my numbers are most likely pretty close as you will have some paid more than $50K and some less.

Actually, it is no longer about what the courts believe, it is about what the new people in charge of SPNG believe. If THEY are convinced there is no merit in defending these cases, they will settle to avoid legal fees.

So I will ask, with all we know of these crooks, do you think SPNG has any leverage in the lawsuits? Do you think that any other reasonable person would consider that SPNG has a solid case against paying these debts? If not, consider them debts and not legal matters.

what in the world are you talking about?

a debt is a debt .. in regards to all the lawsuits

spng signed contracts and agreed to service the debt agreements for terms listed in the written legal contract.

if you enter into an agreement to mortgage a house on a legal binding contract .. it is a legal contract that minute .. not when they foreclose

debt (dt)

1. Something owed, such as money, goods, or services.

2. a. An obligation or liability to pay or render something to someone else.

b. The condition of owing: a young family always in debt.

3. An offense requiring forgiveness or reparation; a trespass.
