There's no doubt that will happen if a receiver is appointed. They will simply follow your script and liquidate the company. I'm hoping that does not happen if it does well then it is game over for all shareholders.
Out of 80 employees claimed, I would say that maybe 10 personnel make $50k or more, everyone else makes substantially less and no the other labor costs do not add up to an additional $50k. Although labor cost is usually a majority of a business entities expenses being nearly two-thirds, it is not the case with SPNG.
Most people don't realize they must cost out labor at "FULL BURDEN" rates.
As you indicated: insurance and benefits, taxes and health plans. Even if these employees only get paid $30K in salaries, the cost at FULL BURDEN is double that: $60K
