Read Al's suit..It sure sounds like he has the proof
jimmy, name the three Chinese companies Hodges alleges bought valuable CMKX claims. The records of this transaction would be made public, yet nobody, not even Hodges can come up with any names. That doesn't add much credibility to his lawsuit.
Certainly Tyler would have knowledge of this transaction and would have added this in a lawsuit. But they didn't, and they don't. Neither does the SEC have news of this transaction. They claim in their complaint against CMKX that it operated as a shell company.
If Hodges has all this proof why didn't he add the details to his lawsuit and risk an excellent case for a dismissal?
