You have heard What's said about assumptions
Sioux, Ojibwa, and Cree have now, last I understood, major cases before the courts of various states and countries that affect the borders, sovereignty, business and estates of those areas. As for deported or lost homes: How about if people in the Dakotas, Idaho, Montana, and bordering Canadian Provinces don't live in the U.S. or Canada, but reside in the Sioux Nation?
Now you're not talking about law, 'judge is under a lot of pressure...judge has to decide what's best' you're talking about some undefined goal, 'best', the judge is being pressured to achieve. Last time I checked, shareholders are, the owners of public companies. HFs are, buy purchase of stock, shareholders. How can I steal something I own? Why is it better to let Bondholders, HFs and Banks, GS, JP Morgan, and others. Along with SM/BOD steal, they have no ownership so that is what they are doing, the company. The only interest those attempting to steal the company, Bondholders/BOD have evinced is how much money they can steal, not how well the company is run. Running the company well would seem to be the goal of the owners[shareholders]. The owners only make money over time running the company well, not like the BOD/Bondholders who get at least 10s of mil as soon as the judge signs an order in their favor.
